Hi everyone, we have two minor tweaks to iconpractice to let you know about. The first is the ability to change the order in which names appear on appointments in the diary. Via the Settings->Diary Settings->Diary Admin menu you can now change the order to either “Last name, First name” or “First name Last name”. More details here…
The second is group receipts for families can now be printed from the diary. Right click on an appointment and move your mouse to “Receipts”. You will see a submenu with the option of either a normal receipt or for a group receipt. When you choose group receipts you will have the option to include other people on it by checking the tickbox next to their name. Print in the normal way. More details here…
