Just two little updates this week to iconpractice. We’ve added the ability to delete all upcoming appointments for a patient in one go from the diary. This is particularly useful for patients that have multiple appointments scheduled that all need deleting. Just use the right-click menu on an appointment and go to Pt other-> Delete appts and then follow the prompts.
The other update is a link that will take you straight to the patient’s Account screen rather than having to go via the Details screen. Just go to right click on a diary Pt other->Pt accounts.
