One update and one bug fix this week. Some of our users have requested the ability to create your our macros to insert preset text on the Spine tab of the clinical records screen. You can now add these via the Settings->Add Macros area, just as you already could for History, Exam, Management and Treatment.
When adding macros you no longer have to add the %lb% for a new line. Just insert the text you want with line breaks intact and the system will replace them for you. A tip to make creating macros easier is to create your macro in one of the fields on a patient’s record (don’t click save!) and copy and paste into the Settings->Add Macros “Text” area.
The bug fix is a problem where sometimes appointments would be entered without being attributed to a practitioner on the Week view of the diary. This has now been resolved.
